ABOUT OUR LICENCES

So just so we're all on the same page, here is a little about how you can use these templates based on which licence you purchase. Something to note is our hearts, souls, time, investment and energy have gone into creating these products so you can save time, build a business and create designs and products you feel proud of. With this, please be mindful of our terms and conditions.

Personal / Business use

With the purchase of a personal / business licence, here is what you are free to do:

• Apply the designs to your personal business and use on your own social media feeds, on your website, or anywhere in your business where you see fit;
• Customise, change, modify and tailor the design to suit your personal brand and business;
• Use as an agency, social media manager or marketing business for your own clients as part of a service where you are tailoring and modifying the template to provide a client with a social media service.

Here is what you cannot do with a personal / business licence purchase:

• Share, sell or forward the template link or original Canva format in its original format or any modified versions;
• Provide the Canva links and templates to a client if you are an agency, social media manager, or marketing business (if you wish to do this, you will require a PLR / White Label licence);
• Sell the design, Canva link, Intellectual Property or any format or modification of this product on Etsy, digital stores, or any other platforms.

PLR / White Label Licence

With the purchase of a PLR (Private Label Rights) / White Label licence, here is what you are free to do:

• Apply the designs to your personal business and use on your own social media feeds, on your website, or anywhere in your business where you see fit and sell the original Canva template set as a product on a digital store, provide links for a fee you set or for commercial purposes.
• Customise, change, modify and tailor the design to suit your personal business, as well as permission to modify the template to create your own version for selling purposes, or provide original Canva links as a lead generation tool within your business.
• Use as an agency, social media manager or marketing business for your own clients as part of a service where you are tailoring and modifying the template to provide a client with a social media service, and in addition — provide original or modified Canva template links to the client as part of a social media service.

Here is what you cannot do with a PLR / White Label licence purchase:

• You are not permitted to sell this product with resell rights (MRR). This means you are not granted the right to sell this product on to another person with the intention of them reselling the product. This includes any sharing of this product with resell rights as a lead generation tool.
• You cannot transfer or onsell this licence to any other party.
